BioBattlers incorporates AI-assisted text and image generation tools (including, but not limited to, OpenAI, Firebase, and AWS) under licensed terms.
All resulting data — including creature descriptions, images, scientific text, and compiled datasets — are curated and stored as part of a unique, original database.

These assets are protected as a literary and artistic compilation under international copyright law and may not be reused, rehosted, or repurposed outside of BioBattlers.

The name “BioBattlers”, the associated imagery, and the visual identity of the app represent a distinct commercial brand belonging to Luke John Jack.
Although the name is not currently registered as a trademark, it is legally protected under UK common law rights and passing off principles.
Any use that could mislead the public, imitate, or dilute the BioBattlers identity will be pursued through available legal remedies.
